After surrender of 15 days of earned leave Sri B.Krishna Mohan, incharge Chief Engineer, is having 275 days of Earned Leave at his credit. 3. Necessary entries have to be made of the surrendered Leave in the Service Book of the officer under proper attestation. 4.
