ABSTRACT
Establishment – Industries & Commerce Department – Expenditure for
an amount of Rs.1,16,692/- towards supply of toners and cartridges by
M/s. Yaamini Computers Hyderabad for the months of November 2011,
December 2011 and January 2012, for use of the department -
Sanctioned – Orders – Issued.

2. From M/s. Yaamini Computers, Hyd Bill No.242, dt: 11.1.2012.

O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of
Rs.1,16,692/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixteen Thousand six hundred and ninety
two only) to M/s. Yaamini Computers, Masabad Tank, Hyderabad
Hyderabad, towards supply of cartridges for the use of Industries and
Commerce Department, during the financial year 2011-12.
2. The amount sanctioned in Para 1 above shall be debited to the Head
of Account “3451 Secretariat Economic Services – 090 Secretariat – SH (07)
Industries and Commerce Department – 130 Office Expenses – 132 Other
Office Expenses”.
3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II/Claims) Department are
requested to draw the amount in favour of “M/s. Yaamini Computers” and
credit the same into their account No. 20044705965, Bank of Maharashtra,
Khairtabad branch, Hyderabad.

4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as
per orders in force.
