The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to “3451.Secretariat Economic Services - 090.Secretariat - 09.Irrigation & CAD Department - 240. POL charges. Certified that necessary entries are made in the Log Book Registers”. 3. The Irrigation & CAD (OP:Claims) Department shall draw an account payee cheque in favour of the District Manager, A. P. State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Hyderabad for payment of the amount sanctioned in para-1 above. 4.
