ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Labour, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter 1st read above, Government, after careful
consideration of the matter, Government hereby transfer and post Sri
S.CH. Venkat Reddy, Assistant Labour Officer, Bodhan, Nizamabad as Assistant
Labour Officer at Nalgonda District in the existing vacancy on medical grounds of
his parents without T.T.A./D.A. and joining time, as it is a request transfer, in
relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM. III)
Department, dated: 22.06.2011.

2. The Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (DCM III) Department
vide their U.O.No.32244/1110/A1/DCM-III/11 dated: 03.12.2011.
