The period of absence of the above Members in connection with the above visit including journey time, both ways, shall be treated as on duty, during which, the officers will draw their grade pay and allowances which they would have drawn but for their visit to Xiamen, China. The above Members are requested to follow the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.124, Finance & Planning Deptt., dated 31-08-2000, for drawal of T.A.&D.A. 3. The entire expenditure on account of the tour will be borne from the funds of Development of Mineral Resources and Technology Upgradation Fund Trust (DMRTUF) and A.P Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (APMDC Ltd) on 50:50 basis. 4. Government hereby place Rafi Ahmed, Joint Director of Mines & Geology as in charge of the post of the Director of Mines & Geology during the absence of Sri B.R.V Susheel Kumar, Director of Mines & Geology in the above period, to look after important matters. The VC&MD, APMDC is requested to make necessary alternative in charge arrangements for Sri H.D Nagaraja, Executive Director, APMDC, Hyderabad. 5.
