Premaiah, Ex-SGT – Orders – Issued. ================================================================ SCHOOL EDUCATION(PE- Ser-I.I) Department G.O.Rt.No. 133 Dated:21-03-2012 Read:- From the Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.757/R2-3/2011, dated: 22.12.2011. ***** O R D E R: The Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, in his letter read above has reported that the deceased employee i.e., Sri. S. Premaiah, Secondary Grade Teacher, MPPS, Gachubai Thanda, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District had two wifes. Sri S. Premaiah has three daughters with his first wife i.e., Smt. S. Andalu who expired on 27.03.1999. After expiry of his first wife, Sri. S. Premaiah has remarried Smt. S. Vinoda on 16.06.2002 and had two daughters with his 2nd wife. Further, Sri. S. Premaiah, died while in service on 7.4.2008. After the death of Sri. S. Premaiah, Smt. S.Vinoda, 2nd wife of deceased employee has opted to take Compassionate Appointment for settlement of her family and furnished notarised declaration-cum-undertaking by her self and on behalf of her two minor daughters for relinquishment of right to receive family pension in favour of the daughters of first wife of deceased employee. In turn Sri P. Mallesh, brother of late Smt. S. Andalu(i.e.,1st wife of deceased employee) who is uncle/guardian of the three minor daughters of late Smt. S. Andalu has also given an affidavit-cum-no objection in a non judicial stamp paper for securing job on compassionate grounds by Smt. S. Vinoda, 2nd wife of deceased employee. 2. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, further reported that the Accountant General (A&E) Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad vide his Lr.No.P12/II/P=923/FP-83/2009-01, dtd.09.02.2009, informed that in terms of Executive Instructions X under Rule 50 of APRP Rules 1980, the cases relating to the relinquishment of right to receive family pension by compromise by any eligible family member of the family have to be decided by the Government depending on the merits of such cases. Therefore, necessary orders to be obtained in the matter from the Government for release of the share of the family pension. 3. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, has therefore requested to accept the relinquishment of right to receive family pension by Smt. S. Vinoda, second wife of late Sri. S. Premaiah, Ex-SGT, M.P.P.S., Gachu Bai Thanda, Shamshabad(M), Ranga Reddy District in favour of Kum. S. Soundarya, eldest daughter and so on to other two daughters of late Smt. S. Andalu, first wife of late Sri. S. Premaiah, Ex-SGT, as per the agreement made therein by the family members. 4. After careful examination of the matter and in terms of Rule 50 of Sub-rule 13 (X) of A.P. Revised Pension Rules 1980, the proposal of the Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, for relinquishment of right to receive family pension by Smt. S. Vinoda, second wife of late Sri. S. Premaiah, Ex-SGT, M.P.P.S., Gachu Bai Thanda, Shamshabad(M), Ranga Reddy District in favour of Kum. S. Soundarya, eldest daughter and so on to other two daughters of late Smt. S. Andalu, first wife of late Sri. S. Premaiah, Ex-SGT, is hereby accepted. 5. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, is requested to take necessary further action accordingly.6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (Pen.II) Department vide their U.O.No.1580/B/A1/Pen.II/12, dated: 07-03-2012.
