From the ENC (AW) Lr.No. RC/ENC (AW)/CE(HRD)/DEE/ AEE.2/ESCI/2011, dt. 3.11.2011. *** ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (Admn), Irrigation & CAD Department, Hyderabad in the references read above, Government, after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.88,240/- (Rupees Eighty Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Forty Only) towards Course Fee as per the Invoice No. ESCI/WR7043/11-12/ ICAD/ 008/ 0219, dt. 8.6.2011 of Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI), Hyderabad, for the training programme on “Development and Implementation of Emergency Action Plan for Large Dams” conducted during 31st May – 3rd June, 2011 at ESCI, Hyderabad. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be met from the provision of Rs. 1000.00 lakhs already made available in the BE for the year 2011-12 and debitable to the Head of Account “2700 – Major & Medium Irrigation, 80-General, 001-Direction and Administration, GH 11 – Normal State Plan, MH 003 – Trainings, SH-09 - Training Programmes, 200 - Other Administrative Expenses”. 3. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.PW) Dept. vide their U.O.No.1207/46/A1/Exp.PW/12, Dt. 31-1-2012.
