Transport, Roads & Buildings (Vig.III.1) Department, Dated 26.11.2010. 7) From the Transport Commissioner, Lr.No.8383/V4/2005, Dated: 28.06.2011. *** O R D E R: Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is ordered to be held in the Proceedings 6th read above, by Sri A.Ravi, Deputy Transport Commissioner(V&E), Office of the Transport Commissioner against 1)Sri Fiazullah Khan, Typist, 2)Sri G. Pradeep Kumar, Junior Assistant, 3)Sri M.G.Dastagir, Record Assistant, 4)Sri M.Komaraiah, Junior Assistant(Retd.), 5)Smt M.Swarnalatha, Typist, 6)Sri S.Ramachander, 7)Sri S.Satish Kumar, and 8)Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, Junior Assistant. 2. And whereas, the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the circumstances explained in his letter 7th read above, the Enquiry Officer could not complete the enquiry and retired from service voluntarily and therefore proposed to entrust the case to the Commissionerate of Inquiries for conducting departmental enquiry against Sri Fiazullah Khan, Typist and (7) others. 3. And whereas, Government after careful examination of the matter decided to entrust the disciplinary case to General Administration (COI) Department and to appoint Sri Lingaraj Panigrahi, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration (COI) Department, as Inquiring Authority to conduct detailed enquiry against Sri Fiazullah Khan, Typist and (7) others. 4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC & A) Rules, 1991, and in supersession of the orders 6th read above, the Government hereby appoint Sri Lingaraj Panigrahi, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General P.T.O.,:: 2 :: Administration(COI) Department as the Inquiring Authority with immediate effect to conduct enquiry against 1)Sri Fiazullah Khan, Typist, 2)Sri G. Pradeep Kumar, Junior Assistant, 3)Sri M.G.Dastagir, Record Assistant, 4)Sri M.Komaraiah, Junior Assistant(Retd.), 5)Smt M. Swarnalatha, Typist, 6)Sri S.Ramachander, 7)Sri S.Satish Kumar, and 8)Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, Junior Assistant, against alleged irregularities in issuing driving licences, while working in office of Deputy Transport Commissioner & Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Warangal. 5. The Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall furnish the relevant records / documents connected with the inquiry to the Inquiring Authority. The Inquiring Authority is requested to continue the enquiry from where it was stopped by the former inquiring authority and furnish his enquiry report within two months.
