G.O.(P) No. 96, Fin. & Plg.(PC.II) Deptt., dated 20.05.2011. 3. From the Director, Department for the Welfare of Disabled & Senior Citizens, Hyderabad, letter No.A2/767/2009, dated 12.01.2012. *** O R D E R: In the letter 3rd read above, the Director, Disabled Welfare Department, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to appoint Smt. S. Kumara Devi, Deputy Director, O/o the Directorate, Disabled Welfare Department to the Special Grade Post Scale in the cadre of Deputy Director, since she has completed six (6) years of service in that category of Deputy Director and also completed 6 incremental years of service in the cadre of Deputy Director on 05.04.2010 AN. 2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Govt. have issued orders for change of periodicity from the existing 8/16/24 to 6/12/18/24 years, for appointment under the Automatic Advancement Scheme w.e.f. 01.02.2010. 3. Smt. S. Kumara Devi, Deputy Director, Disabled Welfare Department who was admitted to duty as Deputy Director on 06-04-2004 has completed 6 years of continuous service as on 05-04-2010 and drawn (6) annual grade increments as on that date. She has not availed any E.O.L. during the said period. 4. In terms of the orders issued in the G.Os 1st & 2nd read above, Government hereby appoint Smt. S. Kumara Devi, Deputy Director, Disabled Welfare Department to the Special Grade Post of Deputy Director on completion of six years of service w.e.f. 06-04-2010 in the scale of Rs. 23650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900-900-37600- 970-40510-1040-43630-1110-46960-1200-49360 in PRC 2010 and fixed her pay under FR.22(a) (i) read with FR.31(2) at Rs. Rs. 49360/- w.e.f. 06-04-2010 A.N. in the cadre of Deputy Director (Special Grade) in the scale of 23650-49360. 5. Smt. S. Kumara Devi, Deputy Director, is informed that if any excess amount is paid to her due to erroneous fixation of pay the same will be recovered from him in one lump sum without prior notice. 6. The Director, Disabled Welfare Department, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (PC.II) Department as per rules in force on the subject.
