Secretary to Government, Dept., for W.C.D & SC retiring from service on the attaining the age of superannuation on 31.10.2011 has contributed towards Group Insurance @ Rs.10/- per month 11/84 to 10/90 (72 months), @ Rs.20/- per month from 11/90 to 10/94 (48 months), @ Rs.30/- per month from 11/94 to 10/95 (12 months), @ Rs.60/- per month from 11/95 to 10/2010 (180 months), @ Rs.120/- per month from 11/2010 to 10/2011 (12 months) and she has requested the Government for payment of the said amount vide reference 3rd cited. 2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the 1st and 2nd read above sanction is hereby accord for payment of Rs.28,359/- (Rupees Twenty Eight thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Nine only) towards Group Insurance Scheme Fund and Interest there on as shown in the Annexure to this order. 3.
