Secretary to Government, Dept., for W.C.D & SC Dt:01-02-2012. . ** ** * O R D E R : In the application 2nd read above, Smt D. Parvathi, Asst. Secretary to Government (Retd) Dept., for Women, Children, Disabled and Senior Citizens who retired from service on 31-10-2011 A.N. on attaining the age of superannuation, has requested to refund an amount of Rs.21,036/- including interest accrued on the contribution towards A.P. State Employees Family Benefit Fund Scheme. 2. The details of the amount contributed by the individual towards APSEFBF Scheme and the interest accrued thereon are given in the Annexure to this order. 3. After careful examination sanction is hereby accorded for the payment of an amount of Rs.21,036/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand and Thirty Six only) (i.e. Principal amount of Rs.1,110/- + interest amount of Rs.19,926/-) being the amount contributed including interest accrued thereon towards A.P.S.E.F.B.F. to Smt D. Parvathi, Asst. Secretary to Government (Retd), Department for Women, Children Disabled and Senior Citizens during the period from August, 1975 to October, 1984. 4. The amount sanctioned in para-3 above shall be debited to the following Head of account : “8011-Insurance and Funds – MH 106 Other Insurance and Pension Funds – SH (01) APSEFBF 011 – Payment at the time of retirement.” 5. It is certified that the individual was not on E.O.L. during the above period. 6. The Department for Women, Children, Disabled &, Senior Citizens (OP Claims) are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para -(3) above and disburse the same to Smt D. Parvathi, Asst. Secretary to Government (Retd), Department for Women, Children, Disabled & Senior Citizens. P.T.O.// 2 // 7. In future, if it is found that any excess amount is paid, the same will be deducted from her pensionary benefits without any notice. 8.
