Smt.C. Balamma, Office Subordinate (Retd), Industries & Commerce
Department has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on
31/01/2012 A.N. She is the member under Andhra Pradesh Employees Group
Insurance Scheme-1984 and contributed @ Rs.10/- per month from 01-11-1984
to 31-10-1994 and contributed @ Rs.15/- per month from 01/09/1994 to
31/01/2012. She has not availed E.O.L. during the above said period.
2. In terms of the orders issued in the reference first read above, Government
hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.2,999/- (Rupees Two
thousand nine hundred and ninety nine only) towards refund of Savings Fund
amount and an amount of Rs.9,322/- (Rupees Nine thousand three hundred and
twenty two only) towards interest accrued thereon (Total Rs.12321/-) on the
savings Fund to Smt. C.Balamma, Office Subordinate (Retired), Industries and
Commerce Department under Group Insurance Scheme as shown in the
statement enclosed to this order. Necessary entries have been made in the
Service Register of the Individual.
3. The savings fund amount sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to
the Head of Account “8011 – Insurance and Pension Fund MH 107- State
Government Employees GIS – SH (01) GIS – 002 Savings Fund and interest
amount shall be debited to the Sub Detailed Head of Account “033-Interest from
Government.
4. The Industries & Commerce (OP.II) Department are requested to draw and
disburse the amount to the individual.
5. If any excess amount is paid due to erroneous calculations, she has to
repay the same.
6. This orders does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department
as per rules in force.
