In the reference 4th read above, the NIMS, Punjagutta, Hyderabad has scrutinized the medical bill and intimated that an amount of Rs.20,011/- is net admissible amount. 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for payment an amount of Rs.20,011/- (Rupees twenty thousand and eleven only) to Smt S.N.Sarada Rani, Assistant Section Officer, towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by her for the treatment . 4. The expenditure shall be debited to “2251-Secretariat Social Services - MH- 090-Secretariat - SH.(14) - Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department - 010-Salaries - 012 - Allowances”. 5. The Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (OP-Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para-3 in favour of Smt S.N.Sarada Rani, Assistant Section Officer, Hyderabad in HDFC Bank Ltd., A/C.No. 6421050208313, MICR No. 500240003, IFSC Code No.HDFC0000021, Lakidikapul Branch, Hyderabad. 6.
