ORDER:
In the G.O. 5th read above orders have been issued approving the names
of (05) Civil Surgeon Specialists for the promotion to the post of Special Grade
Civil Surgeons. Accordingly Government hereby issue posting to them by way of
the following notification for publication in the A.P. Gazette:
N O T I F I C A T I O N
Under Rule 10 of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the
following Civil Surgeon Specialists are promoted temporarily as Special Grade
Civil Surgeons in the category of 2, Class-A of the Special Rules of Andhra
Pradesh Insurance Medical Services in the Scale of pay of Rs.34050-54360 with
usual pay and allowances applicable to the post from time to time. The following
postings are accordingly ordered with immediate effect:
1. Dr.Ch. Devika Rani, Civil Surgeon Specialist, E.S.I Hospital, Sanathnagar
on promotion as Special Grade Civil Surgeon is posted as ESI Hospital,
Sanathnagar in the existing vacancy at her request on spouse grounds.
2. Dr.G.Rama Krishna, Civil Surgeon Specialist, E.S.I Hospital, Sanathnagar
on promotion as Special Grade Civil Surgeon is posted at ESI Hospital,
Sanathnagar in the existing vacancy.
3. Dr.N.Vasu Babu, Civil Surgeon Specialist, E.S.I Hospital, Visakapatnam
on promotion as Special Grade Civil Surgeon is posted at ESI Hospital,
Vijayawada in the existing vacancy.
4. Dr.T.Nalini, Civil Surgeon Specialist, E.S.I Hospital, Sanathnagar on
promotion as Special Grade Civil Surgeon is posted at ESI Hospital,
Sanathnagar in the existing vacancy at her request on spouse grounds.
5. Dr.K.Satyanarayana, Civil Surgeon Specialist, E.S.I Hospital, Sanathnagar
on promotion as Special Grade Civil Surgeon is posted as Special Grade
Civil Surgeon at Ramachandrapuram in the existing vacancy.
2. The above promotions are subject to the outcome of
W.Ps/W.As/O.As/C.As etc., if any pending before the
Tribunals/Courts/Government.

3. The Civil Surgeon Specialists appointed as Special Grade Civil Surgeon
should join the promoted posts within 15 days from the date of receipt of orders.
If they fail to join or evade joining by applying for leave or otherwise during the
stipulated time, they shall forfeit all their rights both present and future for the
post of Special Grade Civil Surgeon without any notice in terms of A.P. State &
Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
4. The Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad shall take
necessary further action in the matter and report the dates of joining of the
Special Grade Civil Surgeons in the promotion posts.
