Dept., application along with Medical bills Dt:17.12.2011.
2. Govt. Memo No.17890/OP.I/A2/2011, dt:07.01.2012.
3. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Hyderabad, Rc.No.260/
CDS/ 2012, dt:02.02.2012.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded, for an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
thousand only) to Sri K. Venkateswara Rao, Asst. Secy. to Govt.(Retd.), Ind. &
Com. Dept., towards the reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred by him for
undergone dental treatment at Partha Dental Hospital & Research Centre,
Hyderabad during the period from 25.11.2011 to 05.12.2011.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the
following Head of Accounts:
“3451 - Secretariat Economic Services
090 - Secretariat.
07 - Industries and Commerce Department.
010 - Salaries
017 - Medical Reimbursement”
3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II Claims) Department shall draw and
disburse the above amount to the individual.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of H.M & F.W. Department as
per the orders in force.
