Read From the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) SR, Hyd., Lr.No. 30824/ EET/DEE6/AE3/2010, dt. 7-10-2010 and 27-7-2011. @@@ ORDER:- The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Roads, Hyd. in his letters read above, has stated that the Morthad – Bheemgal road in Nizamabad district is an important MDR having a length of 17 Kms., from Km. 0/0 to 1/450 and Km. 15/0 to 17/0 is double lane and from Km. 1/450 to 15/5 is single lane. This road connects two Mandal headquarters namely Morthad and Bheemgal enrooting through the important villages such as Sunket, Ramannapet and Jagriyal. The traffic intensity on this road is very high. Numerous accidents are taking place due to narrow width of the road and the commuters particularly bullock carts and vehicular traffic are facing much inconvenience to ply over this road. Hence, it is essential to widen the road to double lane so as to facilitate smooth flow of traffic and to avoid accidents. 2. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Roads, Hyd. has requested the Govt., to accord sanction for allocation of additional grant of Rs. 400-00 lakhs for taking up improvements to said road under the Head of Account”5054 – COL R&B– 04 – District and Other Roads; MH-800- Other Expenditure; GH-11-Normal State Plan; SH(07)-Major District Roads; 530 – Major Works; 531 – Other Expenditure”. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord administrative sanction for Rs. 400.00 lakhs for the work to provide B.T. road from km 0/0 to 17/0 (work in Km 1 / 2 to 6/20) in Balkonda Constituency of Nizamabad district under the Head of Account “MH-5054-COL on Roads & Bridges, 04 – District & Other Roads, MH-800 – Other Expenditure, GH-11-Normal State Plan, SH(07) – Major District Roads, 530 – Major Works, 531 – Other Expenditure”. 4) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) SR, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly. // 2 // 5) This order issues with the concurrence of Fin.
