HIGHER EDUCATION (CE.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 140 Dated: 30- 03-2012 Read the following:- 1) Govt. Memo.No.18573/CE.I-2/2011-1, dt.19.12.2011. 2) From the DCE, A.P., Hyderabad, Lr.No.1024/PNP/2011, dt.24.01.2012. ***** ORDER:- The Director of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad in her letter 2nd read above has stated that the Government Degree College (W), Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District was established in the year 2008-09 and presently functioning in the campus of Govt. Junior College in shift system. The Principal of the College has taken over an extent of 2.5 acres of Government land in Sy.No.65/57 in Naganool Village. The Dy. Executive Engineer PRI Division has submitted Proforma Estimate and Plan and requested to sanction Rs.50 lakhs. 2. The DCE, A.P., Hyderabad has further stated that the Government have not provided any amount for construction of buildings to the newly started Government Degree Colleges. The proposal sent to the Government for construction of buildings in 30 newly started Govt. Degree Colleges @ Rs.1 crore to each College has been deferred by the Government for better times. 3. The DCE, A.P., Hyderabad has requested the Government to sanction additional funds to a tune of Rs.50 lakhs under the following Head of Account during 2011-12 for construction of buildings to Government Degree College (W), Nagarkurnool, Mahabubnagar District at an early date:- “4202-Capital Outlay on Education, Sports, Arts and Culture 02- General Education MH 203-University and Higher Education GH 11- Normal State Plan SH(04)-Construction of Buildings for Government Degree Colleges 530-Major Works 531-Other Expenditure (Plan)”. 4. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord administrative approval for construction of buildings to Government Degree College (W), Nagarkurnool, Mahabubnagar District with the estimated cost of Rs. 50.00 Lakhs. The expenditure is debitable to Head of Account:- “4202-Capital Outlay on Education, Sports, Arts and Culture 01- General Education MH 203-University and Higher Education GH 11- Normal State Plan SH(04)-Construction of Buildings for Government Degree Colleges 530-Major Works 531-Other Expenditure (Plan)”. P.T.O:: 2:: 5. The Director of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter accordingly. 6.
