Project Left Side Main Canal (M) of Ananthapur District for Rs.26.89 lakhs – Administrative sanction – Accorded – Orders – Issued. ====================================================================== IRRIGATION & CAD (IW:MIR) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 140 Dated: 10-02-2012 Read the following :- 1) From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad letter No.DCE.II/OT3/SO.ATP/Court case/Padmvathi Reddy/11, dated 1.11.2001. 2) G.O.Rt.No.251, Finance (Exp.PW) Dept., Dt.24.01.2012. *** ORDER: The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad in his letter read above, while explaining the circumstances has requested the Government to release the LOC for Rs.26.89 Lakhs to the credit of the Executive Engineer, IB Division, Penukonda on Pay & Accounts Officer, Ananthapur to deposit the same with the court to avoid attachment and further legal complications. 2. Govt. after careful examination of the proposal of the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad hereby accord administrative sanction for Rs.26.89 lakhs (Rupees twenty six lakhs eighty nine thousand only) towards balance decretal charges in E.P.No.72/2010 in O.S.No.14/2000 filed by Smt. Y. Padmavathi Reddy in respect of Excavation and lining of P.R. Project Left Side Main Canal of Ananthapur District. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of account “4702 – MH.101-GH.11-SH(12) – 530/531 O.E. (charged)”. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.PW) Department vide their U.O.No.664/30/A1/Exp.PW/2012, dated 25-1-2012. 5.
