(COI.R) Department, U.O.Note No.23/COI.R/2012, Dt.04.02.2012. *** ORDER: Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (C.C.& A) Rules, 1991, is ordered to be held against the following personnel for allowing abnormal deficiencies on the work of “Widening and strengthening of Ongole – Nandyal Road from Km. 28/0 to 51/0” by Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, vide reference first read above. 1. Sri B.Sesha Reddy, Executive Engineer (R&B) (Retd), 2. Sri A.Koti Reddy, Executive Engineer (R&B); 3. Sri P.Sampath Rao, Dy. Executive Engineer (R&B) (Retd.); and 4. Sri Sk.Lal Saheb, Assistant Engineer (R&B); 2. And whereas, consequent on retirement of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, it was decided to reassign the case of Sri B. Sesha Reddy, Executive Engineer (R&B) (Retd.) and three others to Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, vide reference second read above. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 the disciplinary authority hereby entrust the Departmental enquiry to Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries as the Inquiring Authority to conduct further enquiry. 4. The General Administration (COI.R) Department shall furnish the relevant records/documents connected with the inquiry to the Inquiring Authority. The Inquiring Authority is requested to continue the enquiry from where it was stopped by the former Inquiring authority and furnish his enquiry report with in (2) months.
