ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Quality Control Wing,
Rayalaseema Region, Kadapa, in the reference 1st read above, Government after
careful examination of the proposal, hereby permit the Chief Engineer, Quality Control,
Rayalaseema Region, Kadapa to accord permission to engage one LMV Driver on
outsourcing basis to the new vehicle No. AP 09 BT 0470 for one more year i.e., from
01-09-2011 to 31-08-2012 to the O/o the Chief Engineer, Quality Control Wing,
Rayalaseema Region, Kadapa, subject to following the guidelines on outsourcing
scrupulously.
2. The above expenditure shall be debited to “300 Other Contractual Services”
under the relevant head of Account.
3. The Chief Engineer, Quality Control, Rayalaseema Region, Kadapa shall take
necessary action accordingly.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC.II) Department vide their
U.O.No.22017/728/A1/SMPC.II/11, Dt:19/09/2011
