No. 57/N1-3/RIE-Bud/2011, dt: 12.03.2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No1212, Finance (Exp. SE) Dept., Dt:28.03.2012. O R D E R:- The Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad has requested for sanction of 3rd and 4th quarters amount of 20.00 lakhs by way of Re- appropriation of funds for the Head of Account “ 2202-02-191-SH (05)-310/312” to the Head of Account “2202-01-800-SH (04)-310/312” and issue of BRO and administrative sanction orders vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Exp. SE) Department has issued Budget Release Orders for an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) to the Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad in Relaxation of Quarterly Regulation Orders, to the Regional Institute of English, Bangalore from the B.E. 2011-12 vide reference 2nd read above. 3. In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad in the reference 1st read above and in pursuance of the orders issued by the Finance Department in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) from the B.E. 2011-12 to the Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad under the Heads of Account mentioned in reference 2nd read above. 4. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
