O R D E R:
Whereas, it has been brought to the notice of the Government that Sri
B.K.V.Ranga Rao, Assistant Engineer (Retd), has committed dereliction of duties
and failed to hand over the charge of Boat Section P.W. Work shop sub-division,
Godavari Head works division, Dowlaiswaram to his reliever in complete shape, on
his transfer to VRB (lower) section, Narasapuram and subsequently retired from
service on 31.05.2010 AN. Therefore, the Government decided that there exists a
prima facie case to initiate departmental action against Sri B.K.V. Ranga Rao,
Assistant Engineer (Retd)
2. Now, therefore sanction is accorded under sub clause (i) under clause (b) of
the Sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 of A. P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate
Departmental proceedings against the said Sri B.K.V.Ranga Rao, Assistant
Engineer (Retd)
3. It is further directed that the said Departmental proceeding shall be
conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of Andhra
Pradesh Civil Services ( CC & A ) Rules, 1991.
