EDUCATION (SE.PROG.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No.144 Dated:28.03.2012 Read the following:- 1)G.O.Rt.No.837,Education(SE-Prog-I)Deptt., dated 24.11.2011. 2)From the District Collector, Chittoor District, Roc.G1/7391/11, Dated 19.01.2012. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above administrative sanction was accorded for an amount of Rs.3,68,96,000/-(Rupees Three Crores Sixty Eight Lakhs Ninty Six thousand only) for acquiring land for establishment of Sainik School at Kalikiri Village and Mandal in Chittoor District. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the District Collector, Chittoor, has stated that the pattadars of the proposed lands measuring 87.45 Acs have demanded Rs.8,00,000/-(Rs. Eight Lakhs only) per acre towards exgratia amount for their lands and after several rounds of negotiations with them, they have finally consented to part with their lands on payment of exgratia amount of Rs.5,00,000/- per acre, that at this rate total exgratia amount required for Ac.87.48 cents of lands works out to Rs.4,37,40,000/. It is further stated by the Collector, Chittoor that additional extent of Ac.8.00 cents of lands in Survey No.597 and 598 of Kalikiri village was already alienated in favour of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation authorities on payment of market value of Rs.8,32,000/- at the rate of Rs.1,04,000/- per acre for the establishment of Horticulture Nursery that an amount of Rs.8,32,000/- needs to be released towards the market value payable to Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, since the corporation has paid the said amount to the Government. The District Collector, Chittoor has further informed that there are some trees, structures existing in the proposed lands and the probable estimate of the said trees / structures are at Rs. 20,00,000/-. Therefore, the Collector, Chittoor District has requested the Government to sanction additional amount of Rs.96,76,000/-(Rupees Ninety Six lakhs Seventy Six thousand only) towards payment of exgratia to the assignees of DKT lands for establishment of Sainik School and the valuation for the trees and structures existing in the proposed land at Kalikiri(V&M)Piler, Chittoor District. 3. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 96,76,000/- (Rupees Ninty Six Lakhs Seventy Six Thousan only) for acquiring the land for establishment of Sainik School at Kalikiri village and Mandal in Chittoor District. 4. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to “4202-Captial Outlay on Education sports, Art & culture-01-General Education-201-Elementary Education-G.H-11-Normal State Plan-SH(79)-Acquiring the DKT lands for establishment of Sainik School at Kalikiri(to be opened)-530 Major Works/532- Lands’’.
