No.ENC/IW/P&M/EE.III/W1/1859/2009, dated: 13.12.2010, 31.01.2011 and 30.11.2011. -x-x-x-x-x- ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (IW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad in the reference 3rd read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby direct the Engineer-in-Chief (IW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad to extend the New Common Categories Pay Scale of Rs.1010-1800/- in RPS’1986 to Sri Ch. Siva Sankara Rao, Fitter Gr.II and Sri K.V.L.K. Murthy, Fitter Gr.II, Irrigation Circle, Dowlaiswaram in terms of G.O.Ms.No.288, Finance & Planning Department, dated 17.11.1986, notionally upto the date of filing of O.A. and monetary benefit from the date of filing the O.A. No.2774/2009 as per the Hon’ble APAT orders dated 13.02.2009 in O.A. No.2774/2009 read with OA No.4206/1992 & batch dated 04.02.2003. 2. The Engineer-in-Chief (IW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter. 3. This orders issues with the concurrence of the Finance (PC.I) Department vide their U.O. No.35176/001/PC-I/A1/2012, dated 20.01.2012.
