From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation Lr.No.DCE- II/OT3/SOIC/CHT/Kosalanagaram Tank/11, Dt. 11-01-2012. *** ORDER:- The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation in his letter 1st read above has submitted proposal for according Administrative Approval for “FDR to closing breach of Kosalanagaram tank near Kosalanagaram (V) in Vijayapuram (M), Chittoor District” with an estimated cost of Rs.82.80 Lakhs. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation in his letter 2nd read above has stated that a provision of 4550 Sqmts. thick jungle clearance for an amount of Rs.6370/- can be proposed under MGNREGS Programme for the above work. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord administrative approval for Rs.82,80,000/- (Rupees eighty two lakhs eighty thousands only) for the work “FDR to closing breach of Kosalanagaram tank near Kosalanagaram (V) in Vijayapuram (M), Chittoor District” out of which Rs.82,73,630/- shall be met from the Normal State Plan Funds under the Head of Account “4702 COL on MI MH-(101) Surface Water GH-(11) Normal State Plan SH-(12) construction and restoration of MI sources 530 major works 531 Other Expenditure and expenditure for the remaining amount of Rs.6,370/- (Rupees six thousand three hundred seventy only) shall be met from out of the MGNREGS funds duly including it in the shelf of project in consultation with Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department. . 3. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation shall take necessary action accordingly. PTO::2:: 4.
