From the Civil Specialist Surgeon, Civil Dispensary, AP Secretariat, Hyderabad, Lr. Rc. No. 191/CDS/12, dated 28.02.2012. ** ** ** ORDER: Sri N. Sivasankar, IAS, Commissioner and Director of School Education, Hyderabad has submitted two medical claims for Rs. 2899.50 and for Rs. 268/- towards the medical treatment obtained for his wife and daughter, respectively, as out patents, at Durgabai Deshmukh Hospital & Research Centre, Hyderabad, and requested for issuance of necessary sanction orders. The MOS has furnished necessary application in the format prescribed, Essentiality Certificate, medical bills in original. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, AP Secretariat, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the bills, and reported that an amount of Rs. 2680/- is admissible for reimbursement. 3. Therefore, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs 2680/- (Rupees two thousand six hundred and eighty only) to Sri N. Sivasankar, IAS, towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him and as certified by the Civil Specialist Surgeon, Civil Dispensary, AP Secretariat, Hyderabad, in terms of Rule 7 of AIS (MA) Rules, 1954. 4. The Drawing Officer, o/o the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Hyderabad shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above, to Sri N. Sivasankar, IAS, duly debiting the expenditure to the relevant head of account. 5. This order does not requires the concurrence of Finance Department, as per the orders on the subject.
