Public Services–I &CAD Department– Departmental proceedings against Sri T.
Kesava Rao, Assistant Engineer (Retd), formerly worked GLB (Upper) Section,
Alamuru, Gowtami Sub-division, Dowlaiswaram E.G. District - Sanction under Rule
9 of A.P.R.P. Rules, 1980-Orders Issued.

O R D E R:
Whereas, it has been brought to the notice of the Government that Sri T.
Kesava Rao, Assistant Engineer (Retd) , has committed dereliction of duties and
failed to hand over the charge of his section to his reliever in complete shape, on
diversion of his services to Irrigation Section, Tallarevu of E.G.District and
subsequently he has retired from service on 30.04.2010AN. Therefore, the
Government decided that there exists a prima facie case to initiate departmental
action against Sri T. Kesava Rao, Assistant Engineer (Retd)
2. Now, therefore sanction is accorded under sub clause (i) under clause (b) of
the Sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 of A. P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate
Departmental proceedings against the said Sri T. Kesava Rao, AE (Retd)
3. It is further directed that the said Departmental proceeding shall be
conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of Andhra
Pradesh Civil Services ( CC & A ) Rules, 1991.
