From the Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram Lr.No.CE/GDS/Dowlm/Estt/146 Govt, dt: 21.10.2011. **** ORDER: The Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram in his letters 4th & 5th read above, has furnished the proposals for sanction of L.S. amount for Rs. 3,00,000 for office furniture including Electrical Fittings and A.C.Unit as the equipment and furniture are very essential for attending day to day work in the O/o. the Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord permission to the Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram, to purchase office furniture including Electrical fittings and AC unit for use in the newly created O/o.the Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System Dowlaiswaram at a cost of Rs. 3,00,000/-( Rupees Three Lakhs only) through local market (lowest quotation rate) during the current financial year 2011-12. 3. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to the head of account “ 4700 – 01. MH.800 – GH.11- NSP – SH(29)- Project Establishment – 130. Office Expenditure – 132. Other Office expenses” during the financial year 2011-2012. 4. The Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram, shall take necessary action in the matter. 5 This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW)Department vide their U.O.No.34600-A/1056/A1/Expr.PW/11, dated: 12.1.2012.
