In the circumstances reported by the Transport Commissioner, A.P., Hyderabad
in his letter read above and under Rule 47(3) of the Andhra Pradesh Traveling
Allowances Rules, post facto permission is hereby accorded to Sri N. Shankar Rao,
State Representative before State Transport Appellate Tribunal (RTO), A.P, Hyderabad
to perform to & fro journey to Delhi on 21st & 22/11/2011 by air to meet the Advocate on
Record to file counter affidavit before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, in connection
with the High Security Registration Plates Scheme in the State of Andhra Pradesh and
permission to leave headquarters ie., Hyderabad, in view of the urgency.
2. The officer is eligible to draw TA & DA as per the rules in force.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the
rules in force.
