Rs.1865/- towards supply of News papers for the months of February 2012 in the
chambers and peshis of Principal Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of this Department –
Sanctioned – Orders – Issued.

Read the followings:-

2. From M/s. Raghavendra News Paper Services, Bill No.275, Dt.1.3.2012

O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.1865/- (Rupees One
thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Five Only) to M/s. Raghavendra News Paper
Services, Hyderabad towards supply of News papers for the month of February 2012
provided to the officers of this Department during the financial year 2011-12.
2. The Amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the Head of Account
“3451 Secretariat Economic Services – 090 Secretariat – SH (07) Industries and Commerce
Department – 130 Office Expenses – 132 Other Office Expenses”.
3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II) Department are requested to draw a cheque in
favour of “M/s. Raghavendra News Paper Services”, Hyderabad and credit the amount into
their bank A/c. No.3004120000271, Syndicate Bank, Basheerbagh Branch, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per orders in
force.
