Read the following:- 1) From the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad Letter C.No.292/RCA-VKI/2003, Dated 07.01.2006. 2) Govt.Memo.No.3009/Vg.III/1/2004-5,TR&B.Department, Dated 01.04.2006. 3) Charge Memo.No.15479/V3/2003, Dated 15.04.2006 of Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. 4) From Sri S.Nagamunindra Rao, Transport Constable, representation dated 05.05.2006. 5) Proceedings of the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad R.No.15479/V3/2003, Dated 19.11.2008. 6) From the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad Lr.No15479/V3/2003, Dated 28.11.2011. *** O R D E R: In the Memo. 3rd read above, the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has initiated disciplinary proceedings against Sri S.Nagamunindra, Transport Constable on the allegation that he failed in obtaining prior permission while acquiring certain assets. 2. In his proceedings 5th read above, the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has issued orders appointing an inquiring authority to conduct detailed enquiry into the charges framed against Sri S.Nagamunindra Rao. 3. In the letter 6th read above, the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has informed that while the enquiry is under progress the charged officer Sri S.Nagamunindra, Transport Constable (Retd.) expired on 18.6.2011 and therefore requested to issue abating departmental proceedings against the above said charged officers. 4. Government after careful examination decided to drop further action against Sri Sannala Nagamunindra Rao, Transport Constable, as abated consequent on his demise. 5. Accordingly, Government hereby drop further action against Sri Sannala Nagamunindra Rao, Transport Constable, in the matter as abated. 6. The Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter.
