Read:- From the Transport Commissioner Lr No.443/T2/2010, Dated: 19.12.2011. *** O R D E R: In the reference read above, the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has requested for sanction of 75% of normal eligible pension as provisional pension to Sri A.Narasimha Reddy, Regional Transport Officer (Retd.) who retired from service on 31.01.2010 A.N as a disciplinary case is pending against him. 2. Government after careful consideration of the matter hereby accord sanction for payment of Rs.8,190/- (Rupees Eight Thousand One Hundred and Ninety Only) per month being 75% of normal eligible pension of Rs.10,920/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Only) per month as provisional pension to Sri A.Narasimha Reddy, Regional Transport Officer (Retd.) under Rule 52(1) (a) of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 with effect from 01.02.2010 F.N. duly withholding the D.C.R.G. in full, pending finalization of the disciplinary case against her. 3. Sri A.Narasimha Reddy, Regional Transport Officer (Retd.) is informed that the above orders are subject to the out come of final orders on the disciplinary case pending against him. He is also informed that, if the amount sanctioned now is found to be in excess of the amount for which he is entitled to, he shall refund such excess amount paid to her if any. 4. The Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, shall take further action accordingly.
