O R D E R Where as, the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad in his letter cited submitted proposals seeking authorization to file an application in the court of the 1st Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad for attachment of certain properties of Sri Karre Gopal Reddy, Deputy Zonal Manager (Engineering), A.P.Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, Shamshabad Zone, Ranga Reddy District in Crime No.7/ACB-CIU- HYD/2010 under section 13(2) read with 13(1)(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 2. After careful consideration of the said proposal, there is a reason to believe that Sri Karre Gopal Reddy, Deputy Zonal Manager (Engineering), A.P. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, Shamshabad Zone, Ranga Reddy District has committed a scheduled offences under section 13(2) read with 13(1)(e) of Prevention of the Corruption Act, 1988 and has acquired assets disproportionate to the known sources of his legal income standing in his name and in the names of his wife and children etc. 3. The Government after careful examination of the matter hereby authorize the Inspector of Police (CIU), ACB, Hyderabad for filing an application in the Court of the 1st Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad for attachment of properties worth Rs.1,32,59,759/- as described in the Annexure I to VII enclosed to this order under section 3 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Ordinance, 1944.
