O R D E R:
Permission was accorded, in the reference 1st read above, for
sanction of provisional pension of Rs.6,394/- being the 75% of normal
eligible pension, to Sri J.Venkanna, Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B),
retired from service, on superannuation, on 30.06.2004 (AN), pending
finalization of disciplinary case against him.
2) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Administration, in the reference
third read above, has stated that, consequent on re-fixation of pay in
Revised Pay Scales, 2005, Sri J.Venkanna, Deputy Executive Engineer
(R&B), retired from service, on 30.06.2004 (AN), requested for revised
sanction of his provisional pension of Rs.9,863/-, being the 75% of
normal admissible service pension of Rs.13,150/- per month, as per
Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh, Pension verification report, in
the reference, 2nd read above, with effect from 01.04.2005, under Rule
52 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980.
3) Government, hereby accord sanction for payment of Revised
provisional pension of Rs.9,863/- (Rupees Nine thousand eight
hundred and sixty three only), per month, being the 75% of normal
admissible service pension of Rs.13,150/-, to Sri J.Venkanna, Deputy
Executive Engineer (R&B), (Retired on 30.06.2004), with effect from
01.04.2005 F.N., under Rule 52 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension
Rules, 1980, duly withholding the Death-cum-Retirement-Gratuity in
full, pending finalization of the disciplinary case against him.
4) Sri J.Venkanna, Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B), (Retired), is
informed that the above orders are subject to the outcome of final
orders, on the disciplinary case pending against him. He is also
informed that, if the amount sanctioned is found to be in excess, to
the amount, to which, he is entitled to, afterwards, he shall refund
such excess amount.

Highways, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.
