O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.110/- (Rupees one
hundred and ten only) towards supply of News paper, by M/s – Raghavendra,
News Paper Agency Hyderabad for official use of Principal Secretary to
Government (Culture), Youth Advancement Tourism and Culture Department
at office for the month of January, 2012 as follows:-.
2 The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the
following Head of Account:-
“2251 – Secretariat Social Services-090 – Secretariat – SH (14) YAT&C
Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other office expenses”.
3 The Assistant Secretary to Government & Drawing and Disbursing
Officer, Youth Advancement Tourism and Culture (op claims) Department
shall draw the amount sanctioned in para (1) above and obtain the cheque in
favor of M/s. Raghavendra New Paper Service, Syndicate Bank, A/C .No.
3004 121 00 00 271, Bank Branch Name: 5-9-57/1, Basheerbagh, Bank
Code: 5000 250 11, NEFT IFCS Code: SYNB 0003004.
4 This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as
per orders in force.
