Note No. 23/COI-R/2012, Dt.04.02.2012. *** ORDER: Whereas, an further inquiry under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is ordered to be held against Sri R.Ram Murthy Naidu the then Assistant Executive Engineer (R&B), Kota-II Section of R&B Division, Gudur, Nellore District, for failure to hand over charge of Kota-II section in a complete shape and heavy shortage of materials vide reference first read above. 2) And whereas, consequent on retirement of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, it was decided to reassign the case of Sri R. Ram Murthy Naidu, the then Assistant Executive Engineer (R&B), Kota-II Section of R&B Division, Gudur (now retired), to Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, vide reference second read above. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, the disciplinary authority hereby entrust the Departmental enquiry, to Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, as the Inquiring Authority, to conduct further enquiry. 4. The General Administration (COI.R) Department shall furnish the relevant records/documents connected with the inquiry to the Inquiring Authority. The Inquiring Authority is requested to continue the enquiry from where it was stopped by the former Inquiring authority and furnish his enquiry report with in (2) months.
