O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees
Eighteen Thousand Only) towards hire charges of the Car
bearing No. AP9TV4092 for the Car hired for use of Additional Chief (PMU), YAT
& C Department during the month of February, 2012.
2. The amount sanctioned at para-1 above shall be debited to the following
Head of Account:-
“3452-Tourism, 01-Tourist Infrastructure, 102-Tourist Accommodation &
Other facilities to Tourists – Schemes included in PLAN, 11- Normal State Plan,
05 – Development of Infrastructure Facilities for Tourism promotion, 130 –
Office Expenses 134 – Hiring of private vehicles.”
3. The Drawing & Disbursing Officer, YAT & C (PMU) Department shall draw
the amount sanctioned at para-1 above and disburse the same to M/s. Riyaz
Travels, Hyderabad through cheque by following details, duly deducting Income
Tax payable to the I.T. Department.
