O R D E R:
In the reference 3rd cited the Government of India have conveyed sanction of the
President of India for release of Central Financial Assistance of Rs.725.84 lakhs (Rupees
Seven crore Twenty five lakh and Eighty four thousand only) for Development of Tourism
Circuit in Medak District, Andhra Pradesh and also for release of Rs. 580.67 lakhs (Rupees five
crores eighty lakhs and sixty seven thousand only) being 80% of the sanctioned CFA as first
installment of the CFA, as an advance for starting the work. Since no funds were released for
this project earlier.
2. The final instalment of Rs.145.17 lakh, (Rs. One crore forty five lakh and seventeen
thousand only) being balance 20% percent of CFA will be released on receipt of utilization
certificate within twelve months of the closure of the financial year in Form GFR 19A for the
released amount and a report on physical progress achieved in implementation of the project
components.
3. Government hereby accord administration for an amount of Rs.725.84 lakhs to the Vice
Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad for
the “Development of Tourism Circuit at Medak District,” Andhra Pradesh under Plan for the
year 2011-12.
4. The procedure of drawal of funds and the Drawing Officer are specified in Col. No.7 and
8 respectively of the table below and the instructions issued in the reference 3rd cited shall be
followed scrupulously.

3. The Assistant Secretary to Government & Drawing & Disbursing Officer,
Y.A.T.& C. Department is authorized to draw the amounts indicated in Col, No.6 subject
to compliance with other procedure and rules in vogue.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance & Planning (Expr.GAD.II)
Department – vide their U.O.No.34134/457/Expr.GAD.II/A1/2011, dated 18.01.2012.
