2. The Bill received from Sri R.Sandeep Kumar, Hire Car Owner,
Hyderabad, dated 01/02/2012

Sanction is hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of
Rs. 18,000=00 (Rupees eighteen thousand only) towards the payment of hire
charges of Car No.AP09BP 4785, Hired by the Transport, Roads & Buildings
Department for the month of January, 2012.
2. The amount sanctioned in Para (1) above shall be drawn and paid by
way of Cheque in favour of “Sri R.Sandeep Kumar, Hyderabad”.
3. The expenditure is debitable to “3451-Secretariat Economic Services -
090-Secretariat - 10-TR&B Department - 130-Office Expenses - 134-Hiring of
private vehicles”.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
