In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs
that the enclosed award received on 20/01/2012 from the Labour
Court-I, Hyderabad, passed in I.D.No. 5 of 2011 held in between
Sri K. Ravi Kumar, S/o Rajarao, Ex-Contract Conductor, Miyapur Depot
and the Depot Manager, APSRTC, Miyapur Bus Depot, Hyderabad be
published on the Notice Board of the Labour Court-I, Hyderabad.
