ORDER: Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held against the following Engineers of I&CAD Department. 1. Sri V. Krishna Rao, Dy. Executive Engineer 2. Sri M. Mannaiah Asst. Engineer, 3. Sri S. P.Radha Krishna, Asst. Engineer 4. Sri K.M. Ram Prasad, D.A.O. 5. Sri P. Sreenivasa Rao, Technical Officer 6. Sri C. Ramesh Babu, Asst. Technical Officer. 7. Sri D. Nageswara Rao, Dy. Executive Engineer 8. Sri B. Kalimullah, AEE (Now I/C/ Dy.EE) 9. Sri M. Chenna Kesavulu, Superintendent 2. Where as Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, GAD was appointed as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against said officers vide reference 1st read above; 3. And whereas of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries was retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31-12-2011, and it becomes necessary to appoint an other officer as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against the above said officers. 4. Now, therefore, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub – rule (2) read with sub-rule (22) of rule – 20 the APCS(CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Sri Jitender, I.P.S. Commissioner of Inquiries, GA Department, as Inquiring authority in place of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, COI to inquire into the charges framed against the said officers in para 1 above.
