Capital Fortunes (P) Limited Letter dated: 13-01-2012. * * * ORDER It is proposed to set up an Integrated Eco-Theme Park & Nature Spa at China Waltair (V), Visakhapatnam Urban Mandal, Visakhapatnam District under Public Private Participation Mode by inviting Expressions of Interest from interested investors. Accordingly, this department called for quotations from the empanelled consultants to take up the subject cited project. After careful examination, the Government hereby appoints M/s. Capital Fortunes Private Limited who has quoted lowest quotation among four quotations received as consultant with a consultation fee of Rs.3.00 Lakhs plus service tax @ 10.30% for undertaking Bid Process Management to set up an Integrated Eco-Theme Park & Nature Spa at China Waltair (V), Visakhapatnam Urban Mandal, Visakhapatnam District with the following scope of work. 1. Preparation of Project Feasibility Study. 2. Preparation of EoI Documents and Background material on location advantage for the prospective entrepreneurs. 3. Preparation of bid documents (RFP) with selection criteria 4. Evaluation of Bids for selection of the successful bidders 5. Preparation of Draft Management & Lease Agreements for signing with the selected entrepreneur. 6. Quarterly submission of progress report till the COD. 2. The consultation fee shall be payable as follows: a. 25% of the fee on signing of Consultancy Agreement b. 25% of the fee on submission of RFP Document. c. 25% of the fee on completion of Bidder Selection Process d. 25% on submission of draft agreements 3. The Assistant Secretary and Drawing & Disbursement Officer, YAT & C (PMU) Dept., shall draw and disburse the same as and when the bills are submitted by the consultant.
