From Under Secy. to Govt. of India, Ministry of Tourism, New Delhi, Lr.No.5-PSW/20/2009, dated: 16.03.2011. ***** O R D E R: In the reference 8th cited the Government of India have conveyed the sanction of the President of India for sanction and release of Central Financial Assistance of Rs. 260.26 Lakhs(Rupees Two crores Sixty lakhs and Twenty six thousand only) for “Development of Guntur Circuit consisting of Mangalagiri, Uppalapadu Bird Sanctuary, Undavalli Caves, Pedakakani Temple, Kondaveedu Fort and Veerulagudi (Palnadu Battle Field), at Karampudi in Guntur District” Andhra Pradesh and also for release of Rs.208.21 lakh (Rupees Two crore eight lakh and Twenty one thousand only) (being 80% of the sanctioned CFA) as first installment of the CFA as an advance for starting the work. Since no funds were released for this project earlier, no utilization certificate is due in the matter. 2. The final instalment of Rs.52.05 lakh, (Rs. Fifty two lakh and five thousand only) being 20% percent of CFA will be released on receipt of utilization certificate within twelve months of the closure of the financial year in Form GFR 19A for the released amount and a report on physical progress achieved in implementation of the project components. 3. In pursuance of the Central Financial Assistance Release Orders issued in the reference 8th read above, administration sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.260.26 lakhs and for release of an amount of Rs.208.21 lakhs as first installment to the Commissioner of Tourism, Hyderabad for the “Development of Guntur Circuit consisting of Mangalagiri, Uppalapadu Bird Sanctuary, Undavalli Caves, Pedakakani Temple, Kondaveedu Fort and Veerulagudi (Palnadu Battle Field), at Karampudi in Guntur District” 4. The procedure of drawal of funds and the Drawing Officer are specified in Col.
