G.O.Rt.No.46, I &C(IP) Dept, Dt:27.01.2012. >><< O R D E R: In the G.O 1st read above, Government has sanctioned an amount of Rs.1.00 lakh to Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FAPCCI), Hyderabad towards State Government support for “Hyderabad International Machine Tool Expo-2008 which was held between 14th-16th, November, 2008. 2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Industries, AP, Hyderabad has stated that the bill was presented to Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad by the Asst. Accounts Officer, Central Office during the month of March, 2010-2011. It was returned by the Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad stating that the claim does not fit into consideration. The Commissioner of Industries, Hyderabad has therefore requested to release the amount to FAPCII during (2011-12). 3. Government after careful examination and in supersession of orders issued in G.O. 1st read above, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.1.00 lakh (Rupees One Lakh Only) to Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FAPCCI) towards State Government support in organization of “Hyderabad International machine Tool Expo-2008” 4. The amount sanctioned in para (3) above shall be met from out of the IP funds sanctioned and released under the schemes of Incentives for Industrial Promotion “2852-Industries – 80 General- 800 – O.E– GH.11 NSP-SH(04) - Incentives for Industrial Promotion – 260- Advertisements Sales & Publicity expenses Publications” in the G.O 3rd read above. 5. The Asst Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Dept. is requested to draw the amount as sanctioned in Para (3) above and disburse the same to the FAPCII, Hyderabad through a cheque under proper acknowledgement, duly scrutinizing of connected bills submitted by the FAPCII 6.
