Dated: 31-10-2011. **** ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer (P), Irrigation, Kurnool, in the references 2nd and 3rd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby permit the Chief Engineer (P), Irrigation, Kurnool to continue the services of Two (2) Data Entry Operators on outsourcing basis for a period of one more year w.e.f.1-11-2011 to the O/o the Chief Engineer (P), Irrigation, Kurnool. 2. The above expenditure shall be meet under the relevant head of account “300 other Contractual Services”, during the financial year 2011-2012, by following outsourcing guidelines scrupulously. 3. The Chief Engineer (P), Irrigation, Kurnool, shall take necessary action accordingly and informed that in future the continuation orders should be taken in advance before completion of previously agreed period. He shall ensure henceforth that regular / annual performance appraisal reports need to be made mandatory with such proposals. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC.II) Department vide their U.O.No. 30225/895/A1/SMPC.II/11, Dt: 28-11-2011.
