Read the following:- 1) Memo.No.4879/V3/2008-1 of Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad Dated 29.04.2010. 2) Representation of Sri M.Chandra Sekhar Goud, RTO Dated 26.08.2011 and 08.12.2011. 3) Govt.Memo.No.5672/Vig.III/2/2009-3, T.R&B.Department, Dated 23.12.2011. 4) From the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad Letter No.4879/V3/2008, Dated 11.01.2012. *** O R D E R: In the Memo. 1st read above, disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against Sri M.Chandra Sekhar Goud on the allegation that he, while working as Regional Transport Officer, Ibrahimpatnam failed to supervise the work of his subordinates for which he submitted his written statement of defence vide his representations 2nd read above and requested to drop further action against him. 2. In his letter 4th read above, the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has inter-alia stated that the Regional Transport Officer has taken up concrete steps to streamline the working of the office and issued instructions to his subordinates not to engage private persons; that he has also issued instructions to his subordinates not to allow any private persons into office and finally stated that the contentions of the charged officer merit consideration. 3. After examining the matter, it has been decided to drop further action against Sri M.Chandra Sekhar Goud, Regional Transport Officer. 4. Accordingly, Government hereby drop further action against Sri M. Chandra Sekhar Goud, Regional Transport Officer in the matter. 5. The Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly.
