Vara Prasad, Technical Officer (R&B), Madanapalli, Chittoor District (retired) for the irregularities in processing of tender notices and entrustment of works to Contractors in R&B Division, Madanapally, Chittoor District; and, he submitted his representation, denying the charge, vide reference third read above. 2. On this, an enquiry was ordered, vide reference fourth read above; the Enquiry Officer has submitted his report, vide reference fifth read above, holding that the charges against the above Charged Officer, as not proved. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, decide and hereby drop furher action against Sri K. Vara Prasad, Technical Officer (R&B), Madanapalli, Chittoor District (Retired on 31.03.2009) in respect of processing of tender notices etc., in R&B Division, Madanapalli, Chittoor District. 4. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Administration shall take necessary further action accordingly.
