O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.5315/-
(Rupees five thousand three hundred and fifteen only) towards monthly
telephone charges on Phone No.040-23412958 being used in the Residence
of Secretary to Government (Tourism), Youth Advancement, Tourism &
Culture Department, for the period from 01-01-2012 to 31-01-2012.
2 The amount sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the
following Head of Account:-
“2251-Secretariat Social Services - MH090-Secretariat – SH.(14)-
Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department - 130-Office
Expenses - 131-Utility Payments”.
3 The Assistant Secretary to Government & Drawing and Disbursing
Officer, Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (OP. Claims) Department
shall draw the amount sanctioned in para-1 above, in favor of M/s.
A.O.BSNL, Corporation Bank Siddamber Bazar, Hyderabad, A/c.No.CBCA010
000 76, IFCN No.Corpo000043.
4 This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as
per orders in force.
