(DCM-I) Dept., Dt.03-02-2012. *** O R D E R: In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer (R&B) Rural Roads in his letter 1st read above and in pursuance of the orders issued in G.O.2nd read above, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 873.49 Lakhs (Rupees Eight Crores Seventy Three Lakhs and Forty Nine Thousand only) towards payment of interest amount for the period from 01-12-2011 to 29-02-2012 on the term loan taken from HUDCO. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to "2049-Interest Payments(charged) - 01-Interest on Internal Debt - MH200-Interest on Other Internal Debts- SH(36)-Interest on Loans from A.P.Road Development Corporation (HUDCO) - 450-Interest (charged)" and adjusted to P.D., Account of APRDC "8342-Other Receipts - 103- Receipts to Government Companies and Corporations etc. - SH(10)-A.P. Road Development Corporation - PD Account No.239, SBH, Gunfoundry of the Managing Director, APRDC. 3. The Transport, Roads & Buildings (OP.II) Department shall prefer an adjustment bill as ordered in para (2) above. 4. The Chief Engineer (R&B) CRN & Managing Director, APRDC, shall take further necessary action in the matter. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Fin.
