Proceedings of the meeting of the Screening Committee held on 18-1-2012. *** O R D E R : In the letter 1st read above, the Director, Department of Culture, A.P. Hyderabad has submitted a proposal for filling up the post of Deputy Director in the office of Director of Culture by way of promotion in the vacancy due to retirement of Sri M.Ramachandra Murthy, Deputy Director on 28-2-2008 on attaining the age of superannuation and the post fell vacant from 1-3-2008. 2. In pursuance of the minutes of the Screening Committee held on 18-1-2012, Sri R.Vasanth Rao, Assistant Director, Office of the Department of Culture is promoted as Deputy Director under Rule 10 (a) (1) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules in the Scale of pay of Rs. 21820-48160 and posted in the existing vacancy, with immediate effect subject to outcome of Court cases if any. 3. The Director, Department of Culture, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary further action in the matter.
